Run the trainer, then run the game.
While in game, use the following hotkey:
SHIFT+F1 = FREE SHOP (If enabled while shopping for guns,armor etc.)
The same cheat gives unlimited ammo while in game on a mission.
But remember to turn off before reloading.
Push the hotkey again to turn off.
